Megajana is a joint-venture between Cyberview Sdn Bhd and ENGIE Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Megajana is the sole provider of district cooling system (DCS) services in Cyberjaya, through chilled water underground supply for the centralised air-conditioning system in buildings. Megajana develop, own, operate, and maintain the DCS and currently supplying chilled water for air conditioning of 47 buildings in Cyberjaya which consist of data centers, government institutions, universities, broadcasting agencies and commercial buildings of various scales. Megajana has two (2) district cooling plants (“DCP”) located in downtown and south area of Cyberjaya with the total capacity of 25,700 RT.
